    Lock the size breakdown and colours. A 30% advance starts cutting and packing; the balance is due before dispatch.

  4. Dispatch & track

    Cartons are packed with a size-and-colour sheet, invoiced with GST and dispatched with tracking shared the same day.

The details buyers ask about before their first order.

What is the minimum order quantity?
No MOQ. The minimum is 0 pieces per style. Sizes can be mixed freely inside that quantity, and a style can be spread across up to three colours without changing the rate.
Can I mix sizes and colours in one pack?
Yes. Every category has a standard mixed-size ratio, and you can override it with your own breakdown. Mixed packs also count toward the same volume tier as single-size orders.
How quickly do you dispatch?
In-stock lines leave the warehouse within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Made-to-order and private-label runs take 7–10 working days. Tracking is shared the same day the cartons move.
Do you offer private label?
From 300 pieces per design. We handle woven labels, printed tags and polybags, and the artwork proof is approved by you before production starts. Private label is included at the Gold tier.
What are the payment terms?
30% advance to start the order, with the balance due before dispatch. A GST invoice is issued on every order, and Gold-tier accounts can apply for credit terms of up to 30 days.
Can I order samples before committing?
Yes. A sample set is available at cost, and the full sample value is adjusted against your first confirmed order. Samples usually reach you within three working days.
